Class of 2018 - Zyan Collins -

Collins averaged 21.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, as the Vulcans faced a pair of divisional opponents last week. He made 56.7 percent (17-of-30) from the floor and converted 72.7 percent (8-of-11) from the free-throw line in 37.0 minutes per game. Collins scored a career-high 24 points on 11-of-17 shooting and added three rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in an 80-63 victory over Clarion on Wednesday night. The Virginia native then totaled 19 points on 6-of-13 from the field and six-of-eight from charity stripe at Slippery Rock on Saturday. He also tallied six rebounds, four assists and one block in 34 minutes against The Rock.
A 6-foot-3 freshman, Collins ranks second on the team in scoring with 15.1 points per game while starting all 20 games this season. He has scored in double-figures in 14-straight contests with three 20-point games. Collins ranks among the top 10 in the 17-team conference with both 1.20 steals and 36.8 minutes per game.
